10.                 Introduction of Ordinances

 

a.    Ordinance No. 2024-006 – Establishes regulations and permit requirements for filming throughout Bedminster Township.  The public hearing for this Ordinance is scheduled for July 1, 2024, 7 pm, at the Municipal Building, One Miller Lane, Bedminster, NJ.

 

b.    Ordinance No. 2024-015 – Amends Chapter 13 Entitled “Land Management”, Section 13-400 entitled “District Regulations” and adds Section 13-401.3 Entitled “Lot Coverage Standards for all Single-Family Residential Uses” in Bedminster Township.  The public hearing for this Ordinance is scheduled for July 15, 2024, 7 pm, at the Municipal Building, One Miller Lane, Bedminster, NJ.

 

11.                 Public Hearing of Ordinances

 

a.    Ordinance No. 2024-007 – Authorizes appropriating $354,924.72 for Capital Facility Improvements in Bedminster Township.

 

b.    Ordinance No. 2024-008Authorizes appropriating $5,000.00 for Building Access Control upgrades.

 

c.    Ordinance No. 2024-009Authorizes the funding for the 2024 Pavement Management Plan for the Bedminster Township Department of Public Works.

 

d.    Ordinance No. 2024-010Authorizes the funding for Various Equipment for the Far Hills-Bedminster Fire Department.

 

e.    Ordinance No. 2024-011Authorizes the funding for various equipment for the Bedminster Township Police Department.

 

f.     Ordinance No. 2024-012Authorizes the funding for various equipment for the Bedminster Township Department of Public Works.

 

g.    Ordinance No. 2024-014Authorizes 2023 Capital Funds for engineering design improvements to Union Grove, Lisk Hill, Daly, and Longview Roads for which the Township has received a NJDOT FY2023 Local Aid Grant for $286,530.00.

a.    Resolution No. 2024-084 – Authorizes the renewal of Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club liquor license for the period of July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.

 

b.    Resolution No. 2024-085 – Authorizes the renewal of Delicious Heights Enterprises Corp. liquor license for the period of July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.

 

c.    Resolution No. 2024-086 – Authorizes the renewal of Pluckemin Liquor LLC (DBA Colonial Liquors) liquor license for the period of July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.

 

d.    Resolution No. 2024-087 – Authorizes the renewal of Cold Spring Liquor Corp. (DBA Pluckemin Inn) liquor license for the period of July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.

 

e.    Resolution No. 2024-088 – Appoints a temporary part-time Electrical Subcode Official and Electrical Inspector Highrise Hazardous Specialist (HHS).

 

f.     Resolution No. 2024-090 – Authorizes the hiring of temporary employee(s) in the Tax Office to assist with the preparation and mailing of tax bills.

 

g.    Resolution No. 2024-091 – Authorizes the refund of lien redemption monies to outside Lien Holder.

 

h.    Resolution No. 2024-093 – Authorizes the 2024 Traveling Teens Salaries for the Recreation Department.

 

13.                 Resolutions

 

a.    Resolution No. 2024-069 – Authorizes and approves the Amended Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Far Hills for the provision of tax/sewer utility collector office services.

 

b.    Resolution No. 2024-083 – Appoints Police Officer Jeffrey Veltri to the position of Sergeant in the Township of Bedminster Police Department.

 

c.    Resolution No. 2024-089 – Authorizes consent to the proposed Northeast, Upper Raritan, and Lower Raritan/Middlesex County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan Amendment.

 

d.    Resolution No. 2024-092 – Authorizes the submission of a grant application and execution of a grant contract with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the “Gatehouse, Autumn Ridge, Kestrel and Drummers Log Road Improvement Project”.  

 

e.    Resolution No. 2024-094 – Governing Body Certification of Review of Audit.

 

f.     Resolution No. 2024-095 – Authorizes the approval of the 2023 Audit Corrective Action Plan.
