Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Bedminster Farmers Market!

Below is the 2022 Bedminster Farmers Market Application Packet, which includes a checklist of items that must be submitted in order for you to be considered for the Bedminster Farmers Market.

The Bedminster Farmers Market is located at River Road Park, 3055 River Road (intersection of River Road and Route 202/206 South), Bedminster, New Jersey.  Opening day is Saturday, May 28th  and the season will run through December 10th.  The market hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM through the end of October, and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM during November and December.   Note:  the Farmers Market will not be held on October 15th, the day of the Far Hills Races.  

Please review this packet in its entirety, specifically the Market Guidelines (enclosed in the packet).  Submit the completed application, along with all items listed in the Checklist, on or before April 15, 2022, by regular mail or email to the address below.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Upon receipt of all applications, the Bedminster Farmers Market Committee will perform a detailed review and select a pool of diverse Farmers/Vendors for the season. The Farmers Market Committee will contact approved Farmers/Vendors by the beginning of May with additional details.

Note that proof of insurance, temporary food license, and fee payment will be due immediately after you have been notified of your approval.
