The Land Use Board (LUB) charts the future of the Township by examining existing and potential development in the community and by creating a Master Plan to allow or limit development. The board regularly issues updates and proposes ordinances to the Township Committee to help enact the Master Plan. This board meets on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room of the Municipal Building.
