    Adequate notice of this meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission of the Township of Bedminster was sent to the Bernardsville News and the Courier News in Bridgewater, New Jersey and all subscribers and posted at the Township Municipal Building on January 6, 2026.

  3. Approval of Minutes:

  4. New Business:

    a. Joseph Buccellato – 285 Lamington Road, Bedminster, Block 12, Lot 7 – new roof

    (Administratively approved)

    b. Lamington Presbyterian Church – 355 Lamington Road, Bedminster, Block 12, Lot 9 – moving condenser to the front of the building.

    c. Vintage Fleurist LLC. – 303 Main Street, Gladstone, Block 2, Lot 4 – new sign

    d. The Bedminster Tavern – 285 Main Street, Bedminster, Block 31, Lot 7 – new sign

                e. Events- JVH Open Houses

    * Saturday, September 19, 2026, noon to 4pm, 1pm presentation “The Real Housewives    of New Jersey: Early American Women & Their Kitchen Gardens” with Lesley Parness
